Tom graduated with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy, completing his dissertation on Battery Energy Storage Systems. Tom then worked as a Project Manager in the Nuclear sector, gaining a keen eye for detail and a track record of successful project management. Tom then went on to undertake the development of a revolutionary type of renewable energy-based agricultural project in Cape Verde gaining experience working with blue-chip international stakeholders and governments. In addition, Tom developed a substantial pipeline of projects behind this in various other locations across the African continent.
At Arlington, Tom brings his engineering know-how of sustainable energy systems, and his commercial experience and combines these complementary skills in the Development Team where he works to deliver and extend the full development portfolio from inception to construction.
